Cheval Blanc Courchevel

At the top of the Three Valleys in Savoie, the Cheval Blanc Courchevel hotel is the ultimate reference in palaces. It is an extraordinary hotel with a contemporary and warm spirit. Here, the art of entertaining is expressed in every detail to offer guests an experience of unparalleled luxury. For the past 10 years, Maison HENRI has accompanied the gradual renovation of this exceptional place, integrating refined technological solutions in the rooms and common areas.

An alpine refuge at the height of luxury

More than a hotel, the Cheval Blanc Courchevel hotel is a world apart that reinvents the high altitude stay with audacity, modernity and a keen sense of exclusivity. Selected for their exceptional know-how and their spirit of service, the HENRI teams first worked on the Chalet, a private luxury residence connected to the hotel.

Since this first experience, Le Cheval Blanc hotel has renewed its confidence in HENRI every year. The Maison has thus imagined fluid and elegant technological solutions for the sound, video and lighting of the rooms and common areas. We are always inspired by the values that make us different: the demand for excellence, simplicity of use and respect for the aesthetics of the place. This long-lasting relationship, a guarantee of the esteem of the LVMH group, has also allowed HENRI to work on the Cheval Blanc Paris La Samaritaine and Cheval Blanc Saint Tropez addresses.

I particularly appreciate Maison HENRI for its high quality of service. We feel a real concern for the final client who will enjoy the hotel facilities, but also for the hotel staff to whom HENRI always offers the best solutions to facilitate the work and optimize the stay of its guests.

Playing music with great simplicity

Speakers cleverly hidden in the walls of the 36 rooms allow guests to broadcast their music with great simplicity: thanks to a flashcode available on the room’s tablet, all they have to do is connect their phone to the speakers to use their usual music applications.

Mastering the musical atmosphere

In the bar, restaurant, corridors and elevators, an audio system integrated into the decor provides automated playback of the hotel’s signature playlists throughout the day. At the client’s request, bespoke playlists have also been set up in the Guerlain spa cabins.

Tasting the perfect comfort

For the well-being of guests, an application developed exclusively by the HENRI teams for the Cheval Blanc hotel offers a global and very simple control of the room from the television: lighting, temperature, TV or radio channels, opening or closing the curtains… The same application allows access to multiple on demand services: book a massage, order room service, consult the restaurant menu… All of this is developed in an environment that scrupulously respects the brand’s signature. A tablet available in all rooms allows to use these same features from the bed or the sofa.

Being entertained like at home

A large screen elegantly integrated in the rooms and a discreet mirror screen in the bathrooms allow to watch all the world’s channels, films or series on VOD. Channels that match each client’s nationality appear spontaneously at the top of the list, and the list of channels is constantly updated to ensure an optimal experience.

The level of detail and finish that HENRI has brought to the Cheval Blanc hotel is worthy of the finest private residential projects, which is quite rare in the hotel industry. The use of technology is ultra-simplified for both guests and hotel staff.

Creating the right atmosphere at every moment

Lighting control is both simple and sophisticated and available via switches and tablet. With the touch of a finger, guests can turn the lights on or off for the entire room, illuminate an area, or switch from dim to bright, depending on their needs and time of day.
